A real dashboard, populated from real data — this is what your office screen looks like Monday morning.
The front-desk patchwork

Most firms run their front door on six or seven separate tools.

Each one solves a piece. None of them talk to each other. A new client's first impression gets stitched together by hand — and the calls that come in after 5pm fall through the cracks.

What it really costs you. The expensive leak isn't the subscriptions — it's the after-hours caller who hangs up on voicemail and dials the next firm on the list. In most practices a single missed matter is worth more than a year of software.
One missed call > a year of tools
// And none of them are AI-native.
They store your matters. We give you a staff member that never sleeps.
Clio stores your matters. Your answering service takes a message. DocuSign collects a signature. Your SEO agency sends a monthly report. None of them have a single AI brain watching the whole front door at once.
Answers every call, 24/7 — books consults, captures the matter, and recovers the after-hours callers you used to lose to voicemail.
Runs intake in plain English — gathers the facts, summarizes the matter, and routes it to the right attorney before anyone lifts a finger.
Checks for conflicts automatically — screens every new party against your existing client list and flags a possible conflict for a partner to clear.
Writes the firm's content — practice-area articles, a podcast, and a newsletter that keep your name in front of the people searching for you.
Watches for stalled matters — flags the file that's gone quiet and the caller who never got a call back, before they become a complaint.
Earns reviews on autopilot — asks happy clients at the right moment and drafts a reply to every review that lands.
Every module shares one database, one AI, one login. The intelligence isn't bolted on — it's woven through every screen. And nothing it touches is legal advice: it classifies, routes, and summarizes — your attorneys practice law.
Built for the practice of law

One platform. Everything your front office runs on.

Designed alongside a working firm. Every screen earns its place — each feature replaces a tool you were paying for, or catches a client you were losing.

AI Client Intake

A guided, plain-English conversation gathers the facts of a new matter, writes a clean summary for the attorney, and never makes the prospective client feel like they're filling out a form. Works on your website and inside the client app.

24/7 AI Receptionist

A natural-voice phone agent answers your line day and night — service questions, directions, taking a message, booking a consult, and capturing a new matter. The after-hours callers who used to hang up on voicemail become signed clients.

Conflict Checking

Every new party is screened against your existing client and matter list the moment intake completes. A possible conflict is flagged in the console for a partner to clear — before the consult is ever booked.

Smart Routing

The system reads the matter and routes it to the right practice group and the right attorney — estate planning to the estates team, a two-state probate to the partner who handles them — with the summary already attached.

Secure Client Portal & App

A branded mobile portal where clients see exactly where their matter stands, message your team securely, and get answers — no logins they forget, no phone tag. The calm, modern experience clients now expect.

Documents & E-Sign

Engagement letters, authorizations, and intake packets generated, sent, and e-signed in the portal — time-stamped and filed automatically to the matter. No separate DocuSign seat, no chasing PDFs over email.

Local SEO

Practice-area landing pages and a Google Business Profile that keep your firm visible for the searches that matter in your region — “estate attorney near me,” “business lawyer” — without a separate agency retainer.

Reputation Management

Asks satisfied clients for a Google review at exactly the right moment, pulls in every new review, and drafts a warm, on-brand reply for your approval. Your reputation compounds without anyone chasing it.

Insights & Articles

An engine that writes genuinely useful, plain-language articles on the legal questions your clients actually search — published to your site to build authority and feed local search. You approve; it posts.

Podcast & Newsletter Autopilot

Turn it on and a new episode and newsletter write and publish themselves on the schedule you set — topics drawn from your practice areas, in two natural voices — with a human-in-the-loop review whenever you want it.

Analytics & Executive View

Where matters come from, what each source is worth, response times, conversion from intake to signed client — the numbers a managing partner needs to run the firm like a business, on one live screen.

Built on one architecture

Every feature shares one database, one identity layer, one design system. New capabilities ship across the platform — not as separate apps you have to integrate, license, and reconcile.

“
The thing that sold us wasn't a feature. It was watching it answer a call at nine at night, take the matter, run the conflict check, and have it sitting on the right attorney's desk before we got in the next morning.

Common questions

What attorneys ask us first.

Does the AI give legal advice?
No — and that line is enforced in the product, not just the marketing. The system classifies, routes, and summarizes a matter and answers logistical questions (hours, directions, what to bring). It does not analyze a person's legal situation or recommend a course of action. Every client-facing surface makes clear that submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship until your firm accepts the matter.
How does the conflict check work?
When intake completes, the new party's name and the adverse parties are screened against your existing client and matter list. A possible match is flagged in the console for a partner or your conflicts attorney to review and clear. It's a first-pass screen that surfaces conflicts earlier — it supports your professional-responsibility process, it doesn't replace your judgment.
Is client information kept confidential and secure?
Yes. Intake data and client communications are stored in an isolated, access-controlled database scoped to your firm, with role-based access so staff only see what they should. The client portal is secured end-to-end. We'll walk your IT or operations lead through the full security model on the call.
Do we have to replace Clio (or our practice management system)?
No. Concierge Pilot runs your front door — intake, the receptionist, conflict screening, the client portal, content, reputation — and hands clean, structured matters to the practice-management system you already use. It complements your case management; it doesn't force a rip-and-replace.
Who owns our data?
You do. You can export your full data set — intakes, client records, communications, documents — as standard files at any time. If you ever leave, you walk out with everything you need to operate elsewhere.
Can the website and app match our firm's brand?
Completely. The public site, the client portal, the receptionist's voice and script, the articles, and the email all carry your firm's name, colors, and tone. To a client it feels like your firm built it — because, in every way that matters, you did.
How long does it take to get live?
Most firms go from agreement to a working front door in a couple of weeks. We build it around your practice areas and attorneys, load your real content, train your team in two short sessions, and then you're live. The best way to understand it is to see it — book a demo and we'll show you a working firm on screen.
What does it cost?
Every firm is configured differently — practice areas, number of attorneys, which modules you want switched on — so pricing is quoted per engagement after a short conversation about your firm. Book a demo and we'll put a clear, custom number in front of you. No per-seat surprises.
